Maggie loved her ponytail today. She insisted that she was going to sleep on her face so she wouldn't mess it up, wanting to wear it again tomorrow. I made the mistake of not believing her.

Sunday at the Farm

We were invited to join the Fowers Family for Sunday dinner yesterday. This is one of Eli & Maggie's favorite things to do because they live on a farm. Kurt and Marsha are so fun to visit, and always give them a new experience while playing in the yard. Last night they got to join Kurt for a quick drive in the tractor to grab some hay for the horses. He even let Eli drive on the way back. They both also got a length of "rope" to practice lassoing with and were excited about bringing it home to try (just hoping it's not on me). Thanks Marsha for the giant bag of tomatoes, too! Nothing beats a Hooper tomato sandwhich.

Eli: "Buuuurrrp!!"

Me: "That is sick Eli! Where in the world did you come from?"

Eli: "Arizona. That is where I learned the burping language."
